All the word pairs except Son – Friend, are pair of male and female. A friend can either be male or female.

$\therefore\ $Son – Friend is the odd word pair among the given word pairs.

Hence, the correct answer is Option B

Raj’s mother’s father’s only grandson must be Raj. Therefore, the person in the photograph is Raj’s daughter’s son. Therefore, Raj is the maternal grandfather of the person in the photograph.
