IBPS PO 2019 Exam Pattern
Preliminary Exam
The preliminary exam is of objective type with 3 sections and a composite time of 1 hour.
Every question carries equal marks (1 mark) and ¼ marks will be penalised for every wrong answer.
The pattern is as follows:

1/4 of the total mark assigned to that question will be penalised for every wrong answer in the mains exam.

Interview:
The candidates qualified in mains exam will be called for interview of 100 marks. Minimum qualifying marks in interview is 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD).

IBPS PO Application/Registration Fee:
- Application fee for IBPS PO exam is 600 rupees.
- SC/ST/PWD – Rs. 100
- General/Other– Rs. 600
IBPS PO 2019 Eligibility:
Age Limit:
Minimum: 20 Years
Maximum: 30 years
20-30 years (Both Inclusive) as on 01.08.2019
Applicants must have been born not later than 01.08.1998 and not earlier than 02.08.1988 (both days inclusive).
(Relaxation – SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years, PWD General – 10)
Educational Qualification:
Graduates from any discipline (Final year candidates can also apply but they should complete by 4.09.2018)
IBPS PO Salary 2019:
The IBPS PO in-hand salary varies from Rs. 33,000 to Rs. 38,000 depending on the location of posting.
IBPS PO Selection Process:
Based on the cut off & the numbers of vacancies in each category, short listed candidates list will be released for the Mains Examination.
Based on the mains shortlisting the candidates will be called for Interview.
The final selection selection is based on the mains score (objective & descriptive test) and Interview merit list for each category.
