There are two ways to get more than 99 percentile in CAT. If one can analyze some of the CAT 99+ percentiler score cards, if you can see the section-wise percentiles in those score cards, you can observe two types of cases like any one of the sections has above 99 percentile and the remaining sections are below 95 percentile. And in the second case, any two of the sections has a more than 95 percentile and one of the section has a percentile between 85 to 90 percentile.

How Many Required Marks To Get 99 Percentile In CAT ?

As mentioned before, one can target any two of the section to score more than 95 percentile. To achieve this you can target 99 percentile in the Quantitative aptitude section and 95 percentile in any of the other two sections. Study plan for Logical Reasoning And Data Interpretation (LRDI)– As we know, CAT has moved away from the traditional LRDI sets, it’s imperative to practice the non-traditional type of sets.
