The UPSC is the central recruiting constitutional agency in India. Articles 315 to 323 in part XIV of the constitution Contains provisions regarding UPSC. The UPSC consists of chairman & members appointed by the President of India. The Chairman & members hold office for a term of 6 years or until they attain the age of 65 years.
