The admission procedure at IIM Rohtak consists of a three-stage process. Let us look at each stage in detail.
Stage 1 – Online Registration for PGP Admission
Stage 1 of the admission process includes the selection of candidates for the online personal interview, which is considered as stage 2. Meeting the minimum eligibility criteria is crucial for candidates; however, it does not guarantee their selection for the Personal Interview (PI) process. - IIM Rohtak will invite online applications for registration in PGP 2023-25 batch
Tentatively, registration is scheduled to commence in the fourth week of December, while the last date for online registration is expected to be in the first week of January.
For online registration, candidates are required to generate their Login ID (User Name & Password). Additionally, candidates need to submit an application/admission data form along with a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 2000/- (Two thousand only). - Eligible candidates will receive an email with a web link for registration for the Online PI process for PGP Admissions.
- Candidates who have been shortlisted and have successfully submitted their application forms and registration fees within the specified deadline will be considered and invited to participate in the Online Personal Interview (Online PI) during Stage 2.
Stage 2 – Online Personal Interview (Online PI)
- Stage 2, which is the Online Personal Interview (Online PI), will include all the candidates who have been shortlisted in Stage 1.
- All shortlisted candidates will receive email notifications instructing them to download their call letters for the Online PI. The call letter will contain essential information such as the date, time, and necessary guidelines for the interview process.
Stage 3 – The Final Selection List
The compilation of the final selection list will be based on the candidate’s CAT scores, Online PI performance, and diversity scores. The following table illustrates the weightages assigned to each component in the final selection process.

IIM Rohtak MBA program fee is Rs.17.9 Lakhs for the PGP 14th Batch at IIM Rohtak.

IIM Rohtak maintained its impeccable track record of achieving 100% placements with its 12th PGP batch comprising 237 students. The placement process attracted participation from over 120 recruiters, including 45 new companies. The highest domestic CTC offered stood at 36 LPA, while the average CTC reached an impressive 18.73 LPA.
