- Transport Allowance (TA) – The transportation allowance is provided to cover the employee’s regular travel needs. Employees assigned to cities will receive Rs.3600 in TA, while employees assigned to all other locations will receive Rs.1800 in TA.
- Dearness Allowance (DA) – Within the 7th Pay Commission, the DA is actually 17 per cent of basic pay. In October of the year 2019, the union cabinet raised the DA to 17%.
- Leave Travel Concession (LTC) – The leave travel concession is a stipend provided to Central Government workers who travel to their hometowns or other areas of the country on vacation.
