Total employees in company F = 3280
Male employees in company F = 1800
=> Female employees in company F = 3280 - 1800 = 1480
Total employees in company E = 2000
Male employees in company E = 1020
=> Female employees in company E = 2000 - 1020 = 980
$$\therefore$$ Required % = $$\frac{1480 - 980}{980} \times 100$$
= $$51.02 \% \approx 51 \%$$
