SSC CPO Physical Test Requirements:
In this article, we are going to provide complete information about how to prepare SSC CPO physical test requirements. SSC has released Sub-Inspectors (SI) in Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) Posts Notification on 17th June 2020. SSC has scheduled Computer Based Examination (Paper-I) exam form 29-09-2020 to 05-10-2020. Those candidates who are qualified in the CBT Paper-1 Examination they eligible for the Physical Test.

SSC CPO Physical Test Pattern:
Staff Selection Commission conducted SSC CPO physical test in two different phases that are
- Physical Standard Test (PST)
- Physical Endurance Test (PET)

Note: There shall be no minimum requirement of chest measurement for female candidates.

SSC CPO Physical Endurance Test (PET) Requirements:
PET For Male candidates:
- 100 metre race in 16 seconds
- 1.6 Kms race in 6.5 minutes
- Long Jump: 3.65 metre in 3 chances
- High Jump : 1.2 metre in 3 chances
- Shot put (16 Lbs): 4.5 metre in 3 chances
PET For Female candidates:
- 100 metre race in 18 seconds
- 800 metre race in 4 minutes
- Long Jump: 2.7 metre in 3 chances
- High Jump: 0.9 metre in 3 chances.
All the candidates who qualify in PET & PST will be eligible for the Computer Based Examination (Paper-I). PST/ PET will not carry any marks but will be of qualifying/ elimination nature.
