SBI PO Expected Cut Off 2020:

The SBI PO Prelims 2020 Exam is going to be conducted on 31st December 2020, 2nd, 4th, & 5th January 2021 for 2000 Vacancies. The exam will be conducted in Online Mode. If you started preparation for SBI PO Prelims Exam then you must have an idea about the cut off marks for SBI PO Exam.

There will be No Sectional Cut Off marks for SBI PO Prelims Exam. There will be only overall cut off marks which varies year to year. The cut off marks are completely based on the number of applicants who appeared in the exam, Number of vacancies and the difficulty level.

The SBI PO preliminary exam consisting objective test will be conducted online for 100 marks and the time duration for the exam is 1 Hour. In the Preliminary Exam, each question will consist of 1 mark and for every wrong answer, there will be a Negative Marking of 0.25 marks.

The major point to be remembered here is candidates numbering 10 times (approx.) the numbers of vacancies in each category will be shortlisted for Main Examination from the merit list i.e., nearly 20,000 total students.

SBI PO Prelims Expected Cut Off Marks 2020:

As we can see in the above table that each year cut off marks are increasing. Based on the above scenario we can expect cut off marks between 75 – 80 (General), 70 – 75 (OBC), 65 – 70 (SC), 55-60 (ST).

SBI PO Mains Expected Cut Off 2020:

The SBI PO Mains examination will be conducted online and will consist of 200 marks for Objective Test and 50 marks for Descriptive Test and there will be no sectional cut off marks in mains.

The Descriptive Test will be conducted immediately after completion of the objective test and candidates will have to type their descriptive test answers on the computer. The time duration for SBI PO mains objective test is 3 Hours and for the descriptive test is 30 minutes. Overall the exam will be conducted for 3 hours 30 minutes.

The major point to be remembered here is Candidates numbering 03 times (approx.) the number of vacancies in each category will be shortlisted for Next Round from the merit list i.e., nearly total of 6000 students.

As we can see in the above table that each year cut off mark is increasing. Based on the above scenario we can expect cut off marks between 105 – 115 (GEN), 95 – 105 (OBC), 85 – 95 (SC), 80 – 90 (ST). 
So, Competition is high the more you practice the better score you will get.
