SBI PO 2021 Selection Process:
The selection for Probationary Officers will be done through a three-tier process:
- Phase-I: Preliminary Examination
- Phase-II: Main Examination
- Phase-III: Interview (Interview & Group Exercises)

SBI PO 2021 Salary Structure
As per the SBI Officail notification, the starting basic pay of a State Bank Of India Probationary Officer (PO) is Rs 41,960/- (scale of 36000-1490/7-46430-1740/2-49910-1990/7-63840) applicable to Junior Management Grade Scale-I.
In addition, the official will be eligible for D.A., H.R.A./Lease rental, C.C.A., Medical, & other allowances and perquisites as determined by the rules in effect at the time. The annual total salary on a CTC basis will range between 8.20 lacs and 13.08 lacs, depending on the location of posting and other considerations.
