SSC CPO CBT Paper-II Exam Pattern:

SSC CPO CBT Paper-I & Paper-2 is an Objective Multiple Choice Type test. Questions will be set in Hindi and English. Consisting of 200 questions, 200 Marks divided into different sections. There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.

Note: There shall be no minimum requirement of chest measurement for female candidates.
Physical Endurance Test (PET):
For male candidates:
100 metre race in 16 seconds
1.6 Kms race in 6.5 minutes
Long Jump: 3.65 metre in 3 chances
High Jump : 1.2 metre in 3 chances
Shot put (16 Lbs): 4.5 metre in 3 chance
For Female candidates:
100 metre race in 18 seconds
800 metre race in 4 minutes
Long Jump: 2.7 metre in 3 chances
High Jump: 0.9 metre in 3 chances.
How to Prepare for SSC CPO Physical Test:
- Make a time table for the physical practise every day.
- Take the assistance of any athletic coach then start your practice.
- Practice every event daily those mentioned in the official notification
- 1600 meters run in 6 minutes 30 seconds for male candidates. practice it very well try to cover in 6 minutes in practice. (800-metre race in 4 minutes for female candidates)
- 100 m run in 16 seconds tries to cover in 14 to 15 Seconds in practice.
- Long jump 3.65 m in 3 chances. while practice concentrates on takeoff, landing tries to cover at least 4 meters in practice.
- High jump 1.2 metres in 3 chances is the toughest part most of the candidates failed to clear the task. that’s why candidates need to more concentrate High Jump while practising.
- Shot put (16 Lbs): 4.5 metres in 3 chances (Only For Men’s Candidates) Most of the candidates can easily do this task.
