  Indian Parliament:
    Parliament of India consists of three parts
- President of India
- Lok sabha
- Rajya Sabha
The maximum strength of Lok sabha is 552 . 530 members are to be  representatives of states, 20 members are to be representatives of Union Territories and 2 members are to be nominated by the President from the Anglo-Indian Community. Lok sabha , also called the House of the People presently consists of 545 members with 530 members from the states, 13 members from Union Territories and 2 members fron Anglo-Indian Community.
The maximum strength of  Rajya Sabha is 250 .Of those, 238 should be representatives of States/Union Territorise and 12 members should be nominated by the President. Presently Rajya Sabha has 245 members with 229 from states, 4 members from Union Territorise and 12 members nominated by the President.
