SSC CGL Exam 2021-2022

The SSC CGL (Combined Graduate Level) is one of India’s most comprehensive examinations for graduate students. Every year, the SSC organises SSC CGL to select personnel for various posts/positions in the Government of India’s Ministries & Departments, as well as its Subordinate Offices.

The Staff Selection Commission of India issued the official SSC CGL Notification 2021-2022 on December 23, 2021, to fill various vacancies in various government agencies.

The online application window will be open for one month, from December 23, 2021, to January 23, 2022.

SSC CGL Tier-3 Exam Pattern:

• Graduate-level (Difficulty)
• Descriptive Paper – 100 marks (Pen and Paper)
• You can write whole paper either in English or Hindi but not both
• Exam Duration one hour
• Essay Writing (200-250 Words)
• Letter Writing (150-200 Words)
• Qualifying marks in Tier-II exam (33% of total marks)

SSC CGL Tier-4 Exam Pattern:

Skill Test/Typing Test

Skill Test for some Posts which requires the knowledge of Typing:

• English Typing and exam duration will be 15 minutes
• Qualifying exam

SSC CGL Application fees:

For General/OBC: Rs. 100

SC/ST/PH/Ex-Servicemen: No fees

For Female: No fees

Note: Fee can be paid online through BHIM UPI, Net Banking or by using Visa card, Mastercard, Maestro card, Rupay Credit or Debit Cards or in cash at SBI branches by generating SBI Challan.

SSC CGL Educational Qualification

The Candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a Recognised University.

For specific posts, you may need to fulfil the required conditions.

Assistant Audit Officer / Assistant Accounts Officer	Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a Recognized University or Institute Desirable Qualification: Chartered Accountant or Cost & Management Accountant or Company Secretary or Masters in Commerce or Masters in Business Studies or Masters in Business Administration (Finance) or Masters in Business Economics.
Junior Statistical Officer	Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognized University or Institute with at least 60% Marks in Mathematics at 12th standard level. Or Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with Statistics as one of the subjects at degree level.

SSC CGL 2021-22 Salary:

Group “B” Gazetted (Non-Ministerial): Rs. 47,600/- to Rs. 1,51,100/- (Pay Level – 8)

Group “B”: Rs. 44,900/- to Rs. 1,42,400/- (Pay Level – 7) & for some posts Rs. 35,400/- to Rs. 1,12,400/- (Pay Level – 6)

Group “C”: Rs. 29,200/- to Rs. 92,300/- (Pay Level – 5) & for some posts Rs. 25,500/- to Rs. 81,100/- (Pay Level – 4).
