The batch profile of IIM Lucknow reflects a rich diversity of academic backgrounds, with students hailing from diverse disciplines such as engineering, commerce, humanities and more. Many students came with prior work experience ranging from 1-48 months while many were freshers as well. There was a total batch size of 571 students for PGP and PGP-ABM batch, out of which 71.3% were males and 28.7% females. The number of male students were more than female students. Freshers dominated the batch with 157 in number followed by 156 students who had 25-36 months of work experience. The majority of student had past work experience in IT sector followed by Operations and Analytics. IIT and NIT were the premium institutes from where the maximum number of students belonged ,being 86 and 96 respectively. Moreover , 26 students were Chartered Accountant (CA), 22 had CFA qualification and 10 had other professional qualifications.
