SSC JE Exam date 2018 – New Changed – postponed:
The dates as announced in the prior SSC JE 2017 Official notification was changed/postponed. The new SSC JE 2018 exam date is 22nd January to 25th January 2018. And is again extended to till 29th January 2018.
The SSC JE Tier-1 exam result date is 26th March, 2018.

Pay scale: Rs.35400-112400/- (As per 7th pay commission)
Application/exam fee:
100 Rupees can be paid offline (challan) or Online (Fee Exemption for SC/ST/PWD)

It consists of two papers.

SSC JE Tier-2 Exam pattern:
The candidates who are qualified in SSC JE Tier-1 will be only called for Tier-2 exam.
The SSC JE Tier-2 exam is an conventional written examination and will be only specific engineering related subject (Based on application form filled by the candidate)
The exam timing is 2 hours.
Total marks for SSC JE Tier-2 is 200.
Candidates are allowed to bring their own Slide–Rule, Calculator, Logarithm Tables and Steam Table for Paper-II for Tier-2 exam.
