Rims Super Specialty Hospital Recruitment 2021 has released a Notification for 41 Assistant Professor & Other Posts. Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) is situated in Adilabad, Telangana. This college was founded by the Government of Andhra Pradesh in 2008. The RIMS Medical College & Hospital, the dream institute of our former Hon’ble Chief Minister –Dr. Y.S. Raja Shekar Reddy. This Medical Institute started functioning on 24th August 2008. The first batch of Under Graduates admitted in August 2008. RIMS Adilabad was established in 53.5 acres of landside by NH–7 in the year 2008, work was started on 1-2-2008.
The principal objective of the establishment of this institute is to improve the quality of health care in this backward region and make medical education accessible to all eligible students of the region. The Government of Andhra Pradesh had taken a special interest in the allocation of budget to this institute, close monitoring of the quality of construction and completion of project within the given time frame. Such an infrastructure is not available anywhere in the State. The first MCI Inspection took place in 2008 and was followed by another 4 inspections. Very few colleges in the state have 100 admissions per year.
