Eligibility Criteria for MIDHANI Recruitment 2019:
Upper Age Limit
Assistant Manager: 30 years
Deputy Manager: 35 years
Manager: 40 years
Charger Operators: 30 years
Junior Operative Trainee: 30 years
Ladleman: 30 years
Senior Operative Trainee: 35 years
Educational Qualification:
Assistant Manager: 60% of marks in B.E/B.Tech
Deputy Manager: 60% marks in BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in construction.
Manager: 60% marks in BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in construction.
Charger Operators: SSC passed with minimum 2 years relevant post qualification experience in operation of Charger in forge shop, hot rolling mill or ring rolling mill areas
Junior Operative Trainee: SSC+ITI (Electrical) with NAC
Ladleman: SSC passed or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Senior Operative Trainee: 60% marks in Diploma in Engineering
Selection Process for MIDHANI Recruitment:
The selection process for all the executive posts will be preferably through interview.
The selection process for all non-executive posts will be through written test and trade/skill test
