Senior Residents For 03 Years (subject to renewal/ extension every year)	Basic Pay Rs. 67,700/- in the Level-11 & Index-1 of Pay Matrix (Pre-revised Basic pay Rs. 18,750/- (PB-3) with Grade Pay Rs. 6600/-) and allowances applicable under ESIC rules and Scheme of Senior Residency. Non-Post Graduate candidates are eligible for consolidated remuneration of Rs 1,05,356/- per month.
Senior Residents (Contractual against vacant post of General Duty Medical Officers for 03 years or till the regular incumbent joins, whichever is earlier)	They will be eligible for consolidated remuneration of Rs 1,27,141/- per month. Non-Post Graduate candidates are eligible for consolidated remuneration of Rs 1,05,356/- and TA as per rules.
Full-Time Contractual Specialists	Rs. 1,27,141 consolidated remuneration per month for Junior Scale (3 Years experience post PG as per RR). Rs. 1,47,986 consolidated remuneration per month for Senior Scale (5 Years’ experience post PG as per RR). Part-Time: Rs. 60,000/- consolidated per month for two sessions of 02 hours or one session of 04 hours per day for 04 days in a week + Rs. 15,000/- for emergency calls or as per orders issued by ESIC Headquarters Office from time to time. Rs 800/- per hour for an additional hour.
Full/ Part Time Contractual Super Specialists	Rs. 1,00,000/- consolidated per month for two sessions of 2 hours or one session of 04 hours per day for 04 days in a week plus Rs. 20,000/- for emergency calls or as per orders issued by ESIC Headquarters Office from time to time. Rs 1200/- per hour for an additional hour. Full-Time: Consolidated amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- per month (Having Super-Speciality Degree).
