Roles and Responsibilities:
Patient Care Manager (PCM):
i) Management of the patient care coordinators
ii) Ensure that the PCCs are in full attendance and ensure replacement/alternative in case of absenteeism
iii) Act as the first point of escalation for any issues that are reported by PCCs
iv)Management of patient movement from waiting area to respective OPDs in batches
v) Overall management of process implementation
Patient Care Coordinator (PCC):
i) Help and guide patients in a compassionate manner
ii) Ensure smooth functioning of the process workflow
iii) Manage seating of patients at PRC, waiting areas.
iv) Operation of access control scanners
v) Assisting and providing navigational support to the patient
