Qualifications for Airline Allied Services Recruitment 2018:
Dy. Chief Financial Officer: Qualified Associate Chartered Accountant from ICAI
Experience: Should have minimum 05 years of Aviation experience in Handling Finance / Accounts functions.
Chief of IT: BE / B.Tech in Computer Engineering/ Electronics/ Communication Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Information Technology or Masters of Computer Application
Experience: Minimum 5 years experience, preferably in the aviation field.
Hands-on technical knowledge in the area of airlines Passenger Service System (Reservation I DCS) and E-commerce are essential.
Hands-on technical knowledge in the area of Revenue Optimization, Cargo Reservation System, ERP, Crew Management software (Crew scheduling), Network & Data center Management is desirable.
Synthetic Flight Instructor: All eligibility conditions, experience and training requirement as stipulated in CAR and amended by DGCA from time to time would be applicable.
In case any Incumbent is required to undergo training before his services can be utilized as SFI, in that Case, incumbent would be required to give Bank Guarantee for the total cost of training (for details refer to the clause of Cost of Training and Bank Guarantee).
The Validity, Renewal of Lapsed Approval, other conditions and the privileges of SF/ will be as per DGCA Requirement.
Station Managers: Graduate
Experience: Should have 05 years of Aviation experience in Airport handling or Sales and Marketing.
Instructor (Technical): First Class Engineering Graduate from Recognized University in Mechanical / Electronics &Communication Engg. / Aeronautical 0R
Approved Ground instructors (Tech / Performance) approved by DGCA or Air force preferably on ATR 72-600 aircraft.
Experience: Should have minimum 02 years of experience in Aircraft Maintenance / Operations / Flight Safety in the airline of repute.

Fixed Term Employment Agreement for Airline Allied Services Recruitment 2018:
All the Selected candidates will be appointed on a Fixed Term Employment Agreement for a period of 05 (Five) years (except for the post of Synthetic Flight Instructor which is 3 years). The Fixed Term Employment Agreement is extendable subject to satisfactory performance.
