Odisha Public Service Commission Recruitment 2021 has released a Notification for 335 Post Graduate Teacher Posts. The Odisha Public Service Commission is the state agency authorized to conduct the Civil Services Examination for entry-level appointments to the various civil services of Odisha.
The recommendations of the Royal Commission on superior services in India, 1949 are referred to in short as the Lee Commission. They were added to the Constitution of India as Articles 315 to 323. OPSC was constituted on 1 April 1949 after its bifurcation from the former Bihar and Odisha Joint Public Service Commission. At the time of creation, the Odisha Public Service Commission had three members, including a chairman. The membership increased to five in 1979 and further increased to six in 1996.

Selection Process OPSC Recruitment 2021:
The selection process for the OPSC Recruitment 2021 post was made on the basis of the Personality Test, Interview.
The selection of candidates for recruitment to the posts will be made on the basis of career assessment and personality test & interview. There shall be a total making of 100 marks, the career assessment will be 70 marks and personality test, the interview will be of 30 marks. 70 marks of career assessment as mentioned may be calculated with the following weight:
(1) Career Assessment: 70 Marks
- Matriculation – 10%
- Higher Secondary – 10%
- Bachelor Degree – 20%
- Post Graduation – 30%
- B.Ed – 30%
(2) Viva Voice – 30 Marks
