Educational Qualification:
General Manager/Joint General Manager (HR): Two-years full time, Postgraduate Degree / Equivalent course in HR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Master of Social work (MSW) / Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in HR / Personnel Management from a recognized institute with a good academic record.
General Manager/Joint General Manager (Finance): CA/CMA/ICWA
Deputy Manager (Finance): CA/CMA/ICWA
Officer (Liaison): 4-years full-time regular Engineering Degree in any discipline.
