Selection Process IBPS Recruitment 2022:
The selection process for the IBPS Recruitment 2022 post was made on the basis of the
- Preliminary Examination

Please note that candidates will not be permitted to appear for the Online Preliminary as well as Online Main Examination) without the following documents:
(1) Valid Call Letter for the respective date and session of Examination. Those candidates who are called for Main Exam will also be required to bring authenticated/stamped call letter of the Preliminary Exam (along with authenticated/ stamped copy of the ID proof).
(2) Photo-identity proof (as specified) in original bearing the same name as it appears on the call letter, application form and Candidates reporting late i.e. after the reporting time specified on the call letter for Examination will not be permitted to take the examination.
Preliminary Examination:
Pre-Examination Training may be arranged by the Nodal Banks/ Participating Banks to a limited number of candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes/ Minority Communities at certain centres viz. Agartala, Agra, Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Aurangabad (Maharashtra), Balasore, Behrampur (Ganjam), Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, Dehradun, Dhanbad, Gorakhpur, Gulbarga, Guwahati, Hubli, Hyderabad, Indore, Jabalpur, Jaipur, Jammu, Jodhpur, Kanpur, Karnal, Kavaratti, Kochi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Ludhiana, Madurai, Mangalore, Mumbai, Muzaffarpur, Mysore, Nagpur, New Delhi, Panaji (Goa), Patiala, Patna, Port Blair, Prayagraj (Allahabad), Puducherry, Pune, Raipur, Rajkot, Ranchi, Rohtak, Sambalpur, Shimla, Shillong, Siliguri, Thiruchirapalli, Thiruvananthapuram, Tirupati, Vadodara, Varanasi, Vijaywada and Vishakhapatnam.
All eligible candidates who opt for and wish to avail of Pre-Examination Training should fill in the relevant column in the online application. While training will be imparted free of cost, all other expenses regarding travelling, boarding, lodging etc.

Scores: The corrected scores obtained by each of the candidates in different sessions (if held) will be normalized using the equi-percentile method. Scores up to two decimal points shall be taken for the purpose of calculations.
Cutt of Scores Online Examination of Mains:
The candidate will be required to obtain a minimum score in each test of the Online Main examination and also a minimum total score to be considered and shortlisted for an interview. Depending on the number of vacancies available, cut-offs will be decided and candidates will be shortlisted for interview. During the completion of the interview process, scores obtained in the online Main examination will not be shared with the candidates
shortlisted for interview.
Salary: The salary for IBPS Recruitment 2022 is mentioned below.
