Eligibility Criteria for RHFL Recruitment 2019:
Upper Age Limit
Manager: 28 Years
Inspection Officer: 62 Years
Educational Qualification:
Manager: Any Graduation (10+2+3 format) from a UGC recognized university. Post-graduation & professional qualification shall be given additional weightage. Minimum 3 years experience (for age not exceeding 28 years) in Audit/ Accounts/Retail Lending in FIs.
Inspection Officer: Retired bankers (Scale-II & above as per IBA scale) with experience in Inspection/ Recovery.
Selection Process for Repco Home Finance Recruitment:
Selection will be made based on the basis of Written Test/Interview.

Salary:
Manager: CTC starting from Rs. 7.00 lakhs per annum (fixed + variable).
Inspection Officer: Rs. 22,000/- per month + Meal card + Performance Incentive + Ex-gratia + out of station travel expenses, if applicable, as per policy
