hey man, there is plethora of oppertunities to climb up the corporate ladder, mba is not mendatory in every case. mba i crucial, but its not the only way out to climb up. in order to excel without a masters, you need to figure the industry of your interest. than you gotta do some internships relating to that industry, learn the work and get sone exposure, than you can get certification relation to the work of your preferrence later onn. for example, if you are intrested in finance, you can go for CFA, CIA, etc etc, if you are intrested in marketing, than you can go for SIX SIGMA etc etc, like wisee there are lots of valuable certifications available that could be proved as a substitute for an mba, only the thing is that you gotta play your cards right.
all this process might take 2 to 3 years. but at the other end of your career building journey, you would be blooming. to be really honest, having rigid knowledge of the work you do( that is called being an expert) in any of the field, primarily of your interest can take you much ahead in long run, than to just get an mba.
i hope this helps. cheers to life.

I'm not saying Grades don't matter but if You do well in CAT and GD-PI. Then you have a shot at making it to a good Top B-school.
