Instructions
In an encryption, letters are coded into symbols and numbers subject to some rules. The code is as follows:
Rules: 1) If the word to be coded, starts and ends with a consonant, then all the consonants in the word are coded by !
2) If the word to be coded starts and ends with a vowel, then all the vowels in the word are coded by !
3) If the word to be coded starts with a vowel and ends with a consonant or vice versa, then alternate letters starting from the left most are coded with a ^
