SSC CPO Physical Test Requirements:<\/span><\/h1>\n

In this article, we are going to provide complete information about how to prepare SSC CPO physical test requirements. SSC has released Sub-Inspectors (SI) in Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) Posts Notification on 17th June 2020.\u00a0 SSC has scheduled Computer Based Examination (Paper-I) exam form 29-09-2020 to 05-10-2020.\u00a0 Those candidates who are qualified in the CBT Paper-1 Examination they eligible for the Physical Test.<\/span><\/p>\n

    SSC CPO Physical Endurance Test (PET) Requirements:<\/span><\/h2>\n

    PET For Male candidates:<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. 100 metre race in 16 seconds<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. 1.6 Kms race in 6.5 minutes<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Long Jump: 3.65 metre in 3 chances<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. High Jump : 1.2 metre in 3 chances<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. Shot put (16 Lbs): 4.5 metre in 3 chances<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      PET For Female candidates:<\/span><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. 100 metre race in 18 seconds<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. 800 metre race in 4 minutes<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. Long Jump: 2.7 metre in 3 chances<\/span><\/li>\n
      4. High Jump: 0.9 metre in 3 chances.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        All the candidates who qualify in PET & PST will be eligible for the Computer Based Examination (Paper-I). PST\/ PET will not carry any marks but will be of qualifying\/ elimination nature.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
