\nPerimeter of the rectangle = 2*(4k + 3k) = 2*7k = 14k
\nSo, required ratio = 5k : 14k = 5 : 14<\/p>\n

Sum of all external angles = 360 degrees.
\nThere are 10 exterior angles and all are equal.
\n=> Each exterior angle = 36 degrees.
