XAT Cut-Off 2024 – Sectional & Overall | Last Three Year Cut-Offs<\/h1>\n

The XAT Exam is going to be held on January 7th, 2024. I’d urge students to be consistent in the final lap of their XAT preparation. This blog’s primary focus is on Cut-Off for XAT 2024 exam that is going to be held on January 7th, 2024.
\nI’d inform students that the following Cut-Offs can only be used as a guide.Hence, aspirants are advised not to be particular.<\/p>\n

The number of questions to get a particular Cut-Off keeps changing every year. This mostly depends on that section’s difficulty level each year. For instance, the Level of Difficulty of XAT 2020 was different from the recent XAT exams. Hence, aspirants are advised to attempt as many on D-Day as possible.<\/p>\n

XAT Cut-Offs 2024 (Expected)<\/h2>\n

The expected overall cut-off is expected to be increased by 5 percentile across each section. This is because of latest increase in number of registrations. 37k (approximately) registrations increased when compared to previous years. This is about 40 percent increase with last year. The cut-off may also be less if xat exam becomes tough.<\/p>\n

To reach the cut-off in Verbal and Logical Ability, 9+ marks are expected to be required. In Quantitative Aptitude and Data Interpretation, 8+ marks are expected to be required. And, in Decision Making, 7.5+ marks are expected to be required. To reach the required cut-off, the following marks are expected to be required in each section of XAT.<\/p>\n

This trend was similar in 2019, 2021, and 2022. The Cut-Off may be consistent across each year. However, the number of questions required to reach that percentile changed yearly.<\/p>\n

The number of questions required to reach a particular percentile increases by 2x or 3x times. Hence, students are advised to be wary of this.<\/span><\/p>\n

XAT Cut-Off Determining Factors<\/h2>\n

The XAT threshold for male and female candidates in 2024 will be different. Furthermore, the XAT XLRI cutoff for candidates with an Engineering background and those with a non-Engineering background will be different, according to XLRI.<\/span><\/p>\n

Before announcing the XAT 2024 cutoff, the Xavier School of Management (XLRI) will analyse various criteria. Once the XAT result is revealed, a XAT study of the factors\/determinants will be done to finalise the XAT 2024 cutoff. The factors listed below will help you determine the sectional and overall cutoffs of XAT XLRI.<\/span><\/p>\n

There are a number of applications for XAT 2024:<\/b> A higher threshold for XAT 2024 would result from more candidates.<\/span><\/p>\n

The examination difficulty level:<\/b> If the XAT 2024 questions are set with a greater difficulty level, the XAT 2024 cutoff will be set on the lower side in this situation. The degree of complexity is an important factor to consider when determining the XAT 2024 cutoff.<\/span><\/p>\n

Seat availability:<\/b> Given the availability of seats, the XAT sectional cut off will be determined accordingly. If the number of available seats exceeds the number of applications, the XAT 2024 cutoff is at the lower end. If there are fewer seats and more candidates, the higher side of the XAT 2024 cutoff will be determined.<\/span><\/p>\n

XAT cutoff for the prior year:<\/b> When determining the XAT 2024 cutoff, XLRI will consider previous year cutoffs as well.<\/span><\/p>\n

XAT Cut-Off for Popular MBA Colleges<\/h2>\n
