For the two-year Postgraduate Programme at IIM Kozhikode, the selection process is in two phases. In the first phase, they shortlist candidates for a personal interview based on their CAT scores and academic records.<\/p>\n

Phase 2: Shortlisting for Personal Interview (PI)<\/h3>\n

The Stage 2 process applies to all eligible candidates who completed the registration in Stage 1 for IIMK admissions. It determines who will be called for a personal interview (PI). A shortlist of candidates in each category is prepared based on an Aggregate Index Score (AIS). The AIS is calculated using CAT 2022 scores, Class X, Class XII, gender\/academic diversity criterion, and work experience.<\/p>\n

Work Experience Score:<\/strong> If you have work experience after graduation, it will be considered for up to 5% weightage, depending on the length of service. Only full-time paid work experience will be considered, and it should be for a duration of 6 months or more. Part-time, project-based, internship, articles, or pre-graduation work experience won’t be counted.<\/p>\n

Phase 3: Final Shortlist<\/h3>\n

Shortlisted candidates will go through a Written Ability Test (WAT) and a Personal Interview (PI) at various locations like Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Kozhikode, Mumbai, and New Delhi. The entire process will take half a day (either morning or afternoon). During this process, candidates will write an essay and then have the PI.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

During the Personal Interview (PI), the panel will evaluate the candidate’s academics, general awareness, attitude, personality, and communication skills.
