\nGovernment Schemes can be categorized into two types based on the implementation of schemes :
\n– Central Sector Schemes : Central Sector Schemes are 100% funded by government of India and implemented by concerned ministries.
\n– Centrally Sponsored Schemes : Centrally sponsored schemes are the schemes where a proportion of the scheme is funded by government of India and the rest is funded by respective state governments and the scheme is implemented by the states. The different ratios in which the funding is shared is: 50:50; 70:30; 75:25; 90:10<\/strong> \u2013 is usually shared in case of North Eastern States. CSS scheme is cleared defined in the report \u2013 Baijal Committee Report 1987.<\/p>\n

Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Purpose<\/td>\nThe Scheme was launched on April 05th<\/sup> 2015.The purpose of the scheme is to fund the UNFUNDED and bring them into the regular financial system and offer them cheap loans up to Rs 10 Lakhs for establishing or expanding business in \u00a0non-farm sector.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Facts and Figures<\/td>\n–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 There are three category of loans
\n– Shishu: Loans upto Rs 50,000
\n– Kishor: Loans above Rs 50,000 up to Rs 5,00,000
\n– Tarun: Loans above Rs 5,00,000 up to Rs 10,00,000-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 MUDRA (Micro Units Development and Refinance Agency Ltd), a subsidiary of SIDBI has been set up exclusively to cater to the needs of beneficieries.-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 As per the recent Budget 2018-19, 10.38 Crore loans amounting to Rs 4.6 Lakh Crore has been sanctioned under MUDRA Yojana-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 76% of the loan accounts belong to women-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 More than 50% belong to SC, ST and OBC category beneficiaries-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Target Set for 2018-19 to lend under MUDRA Yojana \u2013

Purpose<\/td>\nAimed to Provide quality medicines at affordable prices to the citizens of India particularly the poor.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Facts and Figures<\/td>\n–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 BPPI – Bureau of Pharma PSUs of India is the implementing agency of the scheme.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 State Governments \/NGOs\/Trusts\/Private Hospitals\/Doctors can open Jan Aushadhi Stores and they should employ one B Pharma\/ D Pharma degree holder as the pharmacist.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum standard required space approved by BPPI is 120 Sft<\/strong><\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 One-time financial assistance of Rs 2.5 Lakh will be provided by BPPI.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Applicants belonging to weaker section may be provided medicines worth Rs 50,000 in advance.<\/p>\n

Purpose<\/td>\nA scheme for providing Physical Aids and Assisted Living for senior citizens belonging to below poverty line<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Facts and Figures<\/td>\n–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Financial Outlay for three years till 2018-20 is Rs 483.6 Crore<\/strong><\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Implementing agency for the Scheme is ALIMCO (Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation)<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Expected to benefit Rs 5,20,000 senior citizens over a period of 3 years<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 100% central sector scheme fully funded by government of India<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The expenditure for the scheme will be met from the funds of Senior Citizens Welfare Fund<\/p>\n

Purpose<\/td>\nThis is a sub scheme of Deen Dayal Antyodaya Yojana launched to assist SHGs in operating Road Transport Services in Backward Areas<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Facts and Figures<\/td>\n–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The beneficiary SHG member will be provided an Interest free loan by CBO (Community Based Organization) from its Community Investment Fund upto Rs 6.5 Lakhs for purchase of a vehicle.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 State Run Livelihood Missions will carry out the feasibility studies and traffic survey for ascertaining sustainable implementation of the scheme.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Scheme is implemented on a pilot basis for 3 years in 250 blocs with each bloc providing upto 6 vehicles for transportation<\/p>\n

Purpose<\/td>\nAim is to make farming a remunerative economic activity through strengthening farmers\u2019 income, mitigating risks associated and promote agribusiness entrepreneurship<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Facts and Figures<\/td>\n–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The scheme has been extended recently for another three years 2017-20 and has been approved as RKVY \u2013 RAFTAAR (Remunerative Approaches for Agriculture and Allied Sectors Rejuvenation)<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Financial allocation of Rs 15,722 crore has been set aside for the scheme<\/p>\n
