Eligibility Criteria for\u00a0IB Recruitment 2018:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Deputy Central Intelligence Officer\/Executive:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Officers of the Indian Police Service or Central Govt. or State Govt. or Union Territories Administrations or Central or State Police Organisations:<\/p>\n

(A)(i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or<\/p>\n

(ii) With 2 years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in leve18 (Rs. 47, 600-1, 51, 100) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; or<\/p>\n

(iii) With 3 years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in level 7 (Rs. 44, 900-1, 42, 400) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and<\/p>\n

(B) Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience:<\/p>\n

(i) Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or equivalent; and<\/p>\n

(ii) 5 years’ provided 3 years’ experience in the field of intelligence collection.<\/p>\n

Assistant Central Intelligence Officer-I\/Executive:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Officers under the Central Police Organizations or State Police Organizations or Defence Forces:<\/p>\n

(A)(i)Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department (or)<\/p>\n

(ii) With two years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in level 7 (Rs. 44 ,900-1 ,42 .400) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.<\/p>\n

(B)Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience:<\/p>\n

(i) Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or equivalent<\/p>\n

(ii)2 years’ experience in security or intelligence work.<\/p>\n
