We are currently seeking an empathetic and knowledgeable persons to join our team, assisting students in their preparation for the CAT exam. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the CAT exam structure, requirements, and strategies for success, as well as a genuine passion for guiding students through their academic journey.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to assess their needs, strengths, and areas for improvement in relation to the CAT exam.
2. Monitor students' progress and provide regular feedback, support, and encouragement.
3. Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and group sessions on topics related to CAT exam preparation.
4. Liaise with CAT exam coaching faculty to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience for students.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the CAT exam structure, syllabus, and best practices for preparation.
6. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract prospective students.

Qualifications:

1. Familiarity with the CAT exam format, syllabus, and preparation strategies.
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
3. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Empathetic and compassionate, with a genuine desire to support students in their academic journey.
