A candidate must be either -
(i)   a Citizen of India
(ii)  a subject of Nepal or Bhutan

(iii) a person of Indian origin in other countries (following required conditions)

 (iv) a Tibetan Refugee (with the required conditions)
 

Age limit:

For Officer Scale- I (Assistant Manager):

18-30 Years

Candidates should not have been born before 03.07.1987 and later than 30.06.1999 (both dates inclusive)

Officer Scale- III (Senior Manager)

21-40 Years

Candidates should not have been born before 03.07.1977 and later than 30.06.1996 (both dates inclusive)

Officer Scale- II (Manager)

21-32 Years

Candidates should not have been born before 03.07.1985 and later than 30.06.1996 (both dates inclusive)

Age Relaxation:

OBC Category: 3 years

ST/SC Category: 5 years

Widows/Divorced Women: 9 Years

PWD Category: 10 years

Ex-Service Men: Period of service+3 years

(Age relaxation is also available for some other candidates).

The candidates has to produce the relevant proof for age relaxation while interview or document verification process.

Education Qualification:

Officer Scale- I & Office Assistant:

The candidates must have got degree in any discipline from a recognised institute & should have Local Language proficiency

Officer Scale- II:

Scale-II General Manager post:

• The candidates must have got degree in any discipline from a recognised institute.
• Candidates need to get 50% Aggregate in their graduation.
• Two years as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.

Specialist post:

• Required relevant degree with 1 or 2 years experience as stated in the notification.
• Some Posts also have requirement of candidates need to get 50% Aggregate in their graduation.

Officer Scale-III:

• The candidates must have got degree in any discipline from a recognised institute.
• Candidates need to get 50% Aggregate in their graduation.
• 5 years as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution
